Susan was hired by MMRI in 2001 by the
fledging IT department to initiate the migration of all MMRI clients
onto internal servers using the new GPMS software. This involved developing
all of the necessary formats, interfaces and all ancillary systems
to support a premier billing service. With client growth, the IT department
has expanded in all areas: Operations, Network Administration, Technical
Support and Programming. This group of specialists is dedicated to
the effective use of data. Our applications optimize claims processing,
increase revenue, and provide superior report capabilities.
Susan is an optimist, and welcomes a challenge
-- and the IT department delivers! Susan’s background is science
and data analysis, with a degree in Honors Genetics from McGill University
in her hometown of Montreal, Canada. Susan previously worked as a
chemist for pharmaceutical companies before moving into the world
of data processing. On summer days, Susan enjoys driving her classic
79 MGB roadster, ITSY.
