Carol Barber has devoted herself to staying abreast of changes in the field of health care incorporating innovations into daily operations. As Director of Customer Support for MMRI's ASP Shared Service, Carol oversees implementation, training and start up for new customers.

MMRI is fortunate to have Carol oversee the process of Shared Service start up for new customers. Those customers who are new to the concept of shared service are quickly put at ease by Carol's expertise and easy-to-follow training program for customer staff. Thanks to Carol, new Shared Service customers are able to immediately realize the benefits of having their own billing staff access MMRI's billing system to perform their own medical billing.

Carol's roots with MMRI date back to the company's inception in 1986. For more than 14 years she has worked with the nuts and bolts of billing operations in small and large practices. Those who have worked with Carol know she is a wealth of information about every aspect of medical billing, and the computer software that performs billing functions.
