Account Representatives

The chosen candidates will be part of a team of Account Representatives who recognize that customer service is the key to their success. Each team member demonstrates excellent communication skills to respond to questions from our clients and from our clients' patients regarding his/her billing statement. Additionally, team members regularly verify insurance coverage and review accounts receivable reports in conjunction with Senior Account Representatives.

Professional Coders

Chosen candidates will work with physician clients to determine accurate descriptions of procedures and evaluation and management services they provide. MMRI's Coders have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can speak our clients' language - medical terminology, anatomy & physiology and disease processes - and have an extensive understanding of current CPT-4, ICD-9 and HCPCS guidelines.

MMRI Coders provide medical records documentation auditing services and assist in educational training programs customized to meet our clients' needs.
