Rachel Rossi Ricciardiello

Director of Human Resources

Rachel is responsible for all aspects of human resources at MMRI:recruitment, benefits administration, employment compliance, employee relations, career services and training, coordination of payroll, and development of corporate policies. Rachel graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Human Resources. She also has a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
